There was no guidance for the user to help them make clear buying choices. The steps to financing are not intuitive and lacked clear understanding gof the trade in process.
Solution |
Revamp the iPhone buy flow to enhance transparency and provide a more informed shopping experience. Create decision support moments for each section of the buying experience to help guide the user with their choice. Additionally introduce a user experience to help the user understand how to trade in their product if eligible and finance their new one.
Financing Tool |
a new "How It Works" section to guide you through using Affirm on our site. Learn how to navigate the financing options available and choose what best fits your needs. This section is designed to empower you with knowledge, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Decision Support Overlays |
The decision support overlays help the user make buying choices, for example how much storage they might need or which phone carrier gives the best deal.
Trade in Tool |
This section was created to guide the user through the Apple Trade in process. Depending on the selections you make you will be given an estimated trade in value based on the device condition.
